Jordan from Pipe Flow Plumbing was very professional and I was very pleased that I called his company. After having to deal with other plumbers that have always overcharged for even a tiny fix, it was an absolute delight to deal with someone so honest. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. I will never call another plumbing company again. I recommend his services and if I need a plumber again I will be using Pipe Flow Plumbing from now on. Great job Jordan!

Frozen sewer lines are no fun for anyone, especially when they start leaking into the basement...Jordan was able to make a short-notice site visit and remedy the frozen drain line, absolutely saved the day. Additionally, he provided a bunch of helpful info on the other appliances in the house (water pump, pressure tank, filter systems) that were previously a bit of a mystery. Outstanding service, and a hearty "thank you"!

Jordan from Pipe Flow saved our weekend. We damaged the outflow pipe from our house to the septic tank and thought we’d be days without being able to use our water. My kitchen tap suddenly refused to turn off on Victoria Day Monday so I had to use the emergency turn off valves below it. First thing Tuesday I called for a plumber and was fortunate enough to happen on Jordan at Pipe Flow Plumbing!😊 He promised to stop by on the way home from the job he had scheduled for the day. Jordan actually finished the other job twenty minutes earlier than expected and called to let me know he would be early. I was very impressed with both his professionalism and attention to detail. In future he will be my first choice whenever I need a plumber and I highly recommend that you call Jordan if you need prompt, professional and reasonably priced service.

We had an after hours plumbing emergency. Jordan picked up on the first call. He said he would talk me through the trouble shooting to save me the cost of an after hours call out fee. After a few questions he told me what the problem was. Jordan offered to make a house call but suggested I could fix it myself. I offered to transfer him some money for his service but he insisted NO Charge. Unbelieveable, you don't get this level of service, let alone an honest and considerate business experience very often. After meeting with Jordan from Pipe Flow Plumbing it is easy to understand why he has such great reviews. Jordan rearranged his schedule to come and see us same day when he heard we were without water. He assessed the situation and when he determined it was a well issue outside of his scope, he called a well company to ensure they had the proper equipment before referring us. Jordan didn't charge us for the service call, even though he went out of his way to come see us, as he didn't think it would be fair given the circumstances. Very grateful for his prompt, professional and honest service. We will absolutely be calling Jordan at Pipe Flow Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. Thanks again Jordan!
